Social Media bring almost 50% of negative effect, as for me , i use to sell cloth on internet, it bring a lot of competition because of others clothing label. So it effect negatively to my bussiness of clothing ( http://www.myspace.com/relaudesign ) .

ReplyDeleteI agree with what Syafiz and Hafizin said. Social media do play an important role nowadays even included for me. Most of the time I used for communication. Since communication like Skype and Windows Live Messenger offer a free video call/call, it helped me much to keep in touch with my friends who live overseas and my dad which is now at Vietnam. Without this, I have to make an IDD call just to keep in touch with them, which is costly and sometimes line are busy.
Based on what Teddy has said about competition in social media in business, I disagree about it gives negative result. It should have come in positive outcome. This is because you are able to promote your product further towards other countries around the globe and not just to own country. The negative results upon your business may because lack of promoting in the social media world.

Social media have both positive and negative side, but I had to agree on the negative side.
Why? Because social media is just another stalker tools. With the number of rapist in Malaysia, I'm scared of the kids now who use the social media without knowing about the negative sides. Here is an example. I have found a better one but I can't find it.

Social media bring many negative effect than positive effect. Social media such as blogs, Facebook, Myspace is the place where everybody to express their feeling to the world. To me, its not wrong to express their feeling via social media, but unfortunately they are used wrongly. They simply use social media to propagate their ideology that make them create criminal in virtual world and they may get caught by the authorities

The present social media has its own pros and cons.
Online social junkies obtain their latest updates from friends instantly. As for me, I can check whether my lecture session is on or postponed or cancelled. Some friends also reveal their problems in their status updates. So I can help to ease his or her predicament by suggesting a way to solve it. As a result, relationships between online friends will be strengthen and closing the gap between differences of race and religion.
Based on what Hafizin said, I agree that creativity skill is important to attract people to follow you in certain aspects. Utilizing digital design and fusing it with the social media will make it more interesting. At the same time,raising confidence to encourage people to show their talents to the world.

Facebook user actually can set their profile to private and etc. I totally disagree about social media is being used as a stalking tools. In this case, the users are meant to be blame due to not taking serious about publishing self info/details.

From my point of view
ReplyDeleteIt is true that social media have it's negative and positive side. But to me i think social media is more to the positive side. Information and communication plays a very important role in everyone's life. This is where social media play it's role to help keep all the people updated and able to communicate with anyone. Nowadays, there are many types of social media such as (http://www.deviantart.com/) to get inspiration and get reviews and comments about your artwork. Another important social media which most people use today is (http://www.youtube.com/) where we can post our videos and send important visual messages to the worldwide. All of this social media can be used to help themselves express themselves in their own unique way.
Based on Wan Ahmad Rahimi, I agree that social media can be another "stalker tool". But we can also prevent it from happening to ourselves. We have to always be aware of who we are dealing with form the social media and never give out any of our personal details.
Based on Teddy Adriama Bin Nasril, i would have to disagree. Social media is like a tool for us to use. It is how we use it that makes a good difference. You have make your product stand out from the others, make it seem more interesting and unique. We can use social media to help u promote your product by posting a picture of it in (http://www.deviantart.com/) or make a unique advertising video and posting it on (http://www.youtube.com/)
